Arm strength and core integration are important fitness determining factors and they give us the ability to glide through Sun Salutations and other Vinyasa yoga flows.HOW TO:
1.Start in high plank, exhale and lower down to low plank (like a push up) bending elbows keeping them tucked into your ribs. Everything and especially your CORE stays engaged.
